Was excited for the pricing and the availability, but after about 3 months, they, without warning, increased our price by $100 a month. The reason: end of promotional rate. This would be fine as I would be better prepared except I was never told there was a promotional rate and there was no indication that there would be a price increase.

I'm a long time renter that recently fell behind and had a potentially complicated process to bring my account current. However, through the help and understanding of the property manager, who happened to also be a very pleasant individual, we were able to work through the process with ease so that my account is current. Thank you!

The place is INFESTED WITH RATS, the full damage of which I only discovered when I was moving out. RATS had CHOMPED through my furniture, left FECES/droppings, shredded upholstery stuffing, and URINE stains all over the place. When I spoke with Ashley, the owner, her only concern was whether or not she needed to send another exterminator now (after I told her I’d already moved everything out). When I asked her if she cared about the damage to my property she said, “You should’ve got the insurance we recommended.” To which I replied, “The next time someone tells you they think they might not need the insurance, you should disclose to them that rats are going to eat, urinate and defecate on their furniture.” They also lie about the dimensions of their storage spaces. What they advertise as 15’ x 10‘ is actually 14’- 3“ x 9’-7“. The ceiling height is 11’-6”, so this works out to 154 ft.³ less than advertised. Which is approximately the volume of a standard 8-foot wide residential closet.
